we Receive potatoes specifically grown for making potato chips.
These potatoes may come from as close as Sand Mountain in north

From the storage
bins the potatoes are water flummed into the processing area, first
to be peeled and inspected. Then off to be sliced and rinsed on
final time before they go into the cooker. Then at a rate of over
3000 pounds per hour they are produced into potato chips. They next
are inspected again by a computer controlled chip sorter then its
off to the packaging line.
