Corn meal (grits) is forced through our equipment with pressure, or extruded into curls. Before the cheese is applied, the curls are a yellow color. |

Then it's off to the cooker. |

Once cooked to a crispy crunch, the curls are coated in a liquid cheese mixture that we call a "Slurry." This slurry is VERY orange! |

And finally, off to the packaging machine. |
