	Cheese Puff Department

		We force corn meal (grits) through our equipment with pressure, this is called extruding, into our puff shape. Before the cheese is applied the puffs are a yellow color.

		Once baked the cheese is applied, in a liquid form, called a slurry.

		Then off to the packaging machine.

		Packaged and ready for shipment.
